I just bought Red dead redemption for Deals with gold on the xbox store.

But price discount did't applied from my gold account.

I wanna cancel my order and refund of it.

Can I cancel a preorder Xbox One

If you pre order a game but decide at a later point to cancel it before it releases you can log in to
account.microsoft.com and search your billing history for the order then click the Cancel button.

If you were charged for the item before you cancel it then you can record the date and order number then fill out the form at
xbox.com/refund to request a refund on the purchase.

No need to cancel the subscription if it was already cancelled but what you need is to submit a refund request if you got charged for this. Do you see the order on your order history for the charge though?

even though it does not state it in the terms, which is wrong, they follow steam and epics way of selling, if you purchase a digital game and play for more than 2 hours then you cannot get a refund, so refunds are up to 14 days after purchase or over a certain amount of play time like a lot of other companies, as you played 4 hours = no refund.
