    I pre-ordered Star Wars Squadrons and played it Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I just tried to play it and I got a message saying to play it I need to buy it. I already did, and there is no refund to my bank account. Suggestions online on how to fix said
    to uninstall and reinstall the game. However, now that I uninstalled it, the only way to reinstall it is to buy it again. I would really prefer not to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Error saying need to buy the Game

    when you turn off the console try unplugging the console for about 30 seconds. this should fix the issue, after you do this go into your settings and click on sign-in, security, and passkey and see if Kinect sign in is on. Let me know if this helps.

    Hi,

    if you're game sharing from different consoles, and you're both trying to play the same game you will get this error. only one at a time can play the game that someone else owns. you and your family member will need to own the game(buy it) aswell to play
    together at the same time.

    Steven, thanks for the suggestion. After playing Outer Worlds for several hours (had a lot of catching up to do) I took a break to play some Destiny2 and some other games. Tried logging in to Outer Worlds and got the "I

    To play this, you need to buy it" (0x803f8007) error so I tried removing my account and reinstalling it and same error so it did not work.
