Need to be signed in to XBox Live and EA Servers error

Hi all,

We have an XBox 360. We bought our first game that has on-line features (Madden NFL 16) recently. I created an XBox Live account. I am using a wireless access point to connect into the USB port of the XBox. When I test the network connection... the
console says I'm connected to the internet. It lets me sign in to XBox Live on the console. But when we try to use features of the game that need EA server access.... it says that 'we need to be signed in to XBox Live and EA servers'. I guess I don't know
how to sign in to EA servers or should this be automatic.

Thanks for any help trouble shooting. I've read a lot of posts but must be missing something.

Can't get into some multiplayer games servers

'I having trouble getting into Madden 15 servers. It keeps saying you must be signed into xbox live and the EA servers on order to access the online features of this title. I was wondering is it because of xbox live core services being limited.
I am sign into xbox live but can't access into servers because it keeps saying you must be signed into Xbox Live.

Connect to ea servers

Hello

I bought last week fifa 2014, and im trying to connect to ea servers,

but fails all the time.

Do I need xbox live gold subscription to connect to ea servers ?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you are playing a game that has EA features you would need to head to their website and create an EA account then link it to yours for the use of that game.

I'm getting an EA sign in code 100 and then after you attempt to sign in again it says the game cannot connect to Xbox live servers. So yeah look into it please.

EA/Origins: Army of Two series, doesn't need an online pass.. But, you need to sign up on EA site, as they use their own servers & login etc..

Same thing is happening to me on Battlefield 4, been playing Xbox all day with no problems but when I get on Battlefield it won't connect to EA servers and keeps saying I need to connect to Xbox Live and it gives me the same error code.

That error posted doesn't look like the normal EA server sign-in error. That is a dashboard notification which is why extra attention should be paid to it.

Just about every time I turn on the game I get the in-game sign in error which IS a problem with the EA servers authentication. Likely it forces the game to restart as it also closes/flushes any connections or ip addresses that remain in their server cache.

(EDIT: Just thought of something... are you saving to the cloud or did you recently change those settings?)
