    Need to be 18 for Insider Hub and Custom Gamer Pictures.


    Tried going on Xbox Insider Hub but keeps saying I need to be 18.

    Tried going on Xbox App (Beta) on Windows 10 and it saying I need to be 18.

    My account DOB is over 18 so why is this happening?

    I am above 18 and I inherited my little brother's account. I have been using it for around three years and I've grown attached. I have problems trying to join clubs, Xbox Insider Hub, and have custom Profile Pictures since it is underage. The Account was
    under child in the family section, but it is under adult in family. I Need Help.

    Hey there,

    The date of birth on your Xbox Live account reflects the date that was originally set, and cannot be changed. While you can change your Microsoft Account's date of birth, it will not change your Xbox Live account's date of birth.

    24 Hour ban from early a year ago stopping me from changing my gamer pic!

    it doesn't except for joining the insiders program or the ambassadors progtam

    Insiders you just wait a full year before you can join or you can't join the ambassadors program as you need to have a clean record

    Custom gamer picture is in the public release you don't need to be in the program

    Unless you had more recent infractions

    Joining the xbox preview program

    To join the insider programme all you have to do is download the "Xbox insider hub" on your Xbox one, custom gamer pics are only currently available to the alpha ring within the programme, they will be released to everyone else long before you get there.

    Unfortunately I am not. I only got the option for custom gamer pictures when the update was released
