Need the setup code to enter into mobile app

If you did not see the setup code that you were supposed to enter on the Xbox app you can always wait for the console to finish updating and then complete the setup on the console.

The code is only so that you can use the Xbox app to do some of the setup for you while your Xbox is getting the required updates and stuff. It isn't necessary however as you can complete the rest of the setup using the console as well. It just makes the
process a little faster and easier is all as you are not using the controller to enter the required information. But either way you will complete the same steps to setup your Xbox. Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the Xbox family

He is asking for the setup code to enter into the mobile app. This is the code displayed at bottom of the Update screen during console setup. It disappears at end of upgrade. How can you recover thsi setup code if you didnt write it down?

If so, then you get the code by downloading the Xbox app on your smartphone to set up your Series X/S wirelessly as it will give you a code to then enter

Are you trying to set up your Xbox via the Xbox app?

If that's correct, once downloaded the Xbox app and allowing the required permission on your phone, you should be able to enter the 10-digit code that your Xbox displays on the screen.

Could I know in what exact part of the setup you're having trouble?
Please share pictures, but make sure to hide personal information, including the 10-digit code.
