    Need support to fix my wrongful ban


    Hi guys, i have seen alot on the forums about people being wrongfully banned by the xblpet and i have also been victim to their permanent banhammer for no reason. Something i have rarely seen is people actually succeeding in lifting their ban due to hiw
    hard it is to communicate with anyone helpful. Anyone have any support to help me try and regain my account? Thanks in advance ☺

    Your friend will need to post in the following forum for an official answer from the enforcement team but it is against the code of conduct to transfer codes in exchange for MS points.

    The only thing you can do is go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    For a game ban, you will need to contact rockstar customer support. Only the developers issue out game specific ban. Xbox customer support wont be able to do anything to fix this.
