    Need support - New gamertag not showing on Xbox.com


    Hi all,

    Yesterday, I changed my Gamertag for free since it was my first time doing so. (old one: UpscaleHealer77 and new one: )

    The new one is correctly showing on Xbox One but not on the Xbox website (while checking my profile, the gamertag switches back and forth between the old one and the new one).

    What shall I do ? Is there a technical issue with the servers or shall I just wait for a synchronization ?

    Please Help! Achievement List not showing new achievement Need support - New gamertag not showing on Xbox.com :(

    Hiya everyone,

    Just downloaded Dawnguard and the achievement list on my 360 is not showing any of the new achievements it's still sitting at 50.

    Now i've checked on xbox.com and they are showing on their linked to my gamertag...so how do i get the 360 to reflect this and if I play right away will the achievements not count??

    Having trouble with gamertag

    Thanks for the support message.

    You can see some crazy looking things for the first couple of hours when you change your Gamertag. Please go to
    Sign in to your Microsoft account and check to make sure you did infarct change your gamertag in your transaction history. Please also give the current gamertag on the account, and the new on you're
    wanting to change it to.

    Is this only on the console or Xbox.com that the new gamertag is not showing up on?

    Should you have any other concerns, feel free to post back.

    First he should sign in at Xbox.com to see which account shows up. If the new gamertag shows up on there as well, then he will need to contact Support for assistance in getting his account back.

    It shows up fine for other people in parties and even is fine in games for me. It's only in party chat when it shows the old gamertag. Also it wouldn't show the new gamertag on Xbox.com if it was denied.

    try to log in a xbox.com and if it shows a different Gamertag on there, then it might be best to contact Xbox Support (or Support Chat) at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I just spent $10 to change my gamertag, so I’m not going to change it again, and it’s a 15 digit so I can’t even do it on Xbox.com, I need an Xbox 360.
