    ok, i been on ambassador page helping people out with their account, most problem account question is that they want to cancel the auto renew payment, when they do it on xbox page..it not option isnt there, here how it said, person says "i want to cancel
    my gold and cancel auto renew" me says "ok u need to go www,xbox.com, sign in than go to my account than click on subscription and u will see cancel renew payment under the date it renew on" person says "i did that but i dont see option to cancel it..i try
    to call support it 1 to 2 hours to wait" me says " are u sure u dont see it " person says "yes there not even a drop box or anything with the word cancel" me says "what bowser are u using ?" person says "i.e bowser" me says "have u try others bowsers" person
    says said "no" and leaves so how do i fix this if they cant see the cancel renew payment option on xbox.com

    It came down to the Project Managers. While 1vs100 was up and running, most of the Dev's and Project Mangers moved on to bigger and better things; mostly with different companies.

    Need support

    It's possible your suspension has been extended due to other offences the enforcement team discovered while investigating your case.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here can tell you anything.

    If it isn't showing on the enforcement site then contact support
    here     & they may be able to tell you if you have an extension on your suspension but will not be able to do anything about it.

    If they can't cancel via the website, they have to contact support directly. Phone support is usually the best.

    i know that, but most of them don't want to call and wait for someone to pick up because it take like 30 min to an hour or 2 , they want to do it in a hurry..i was wondering if it the i.e browser not working right, i mean i can see it find on my Firefox

    It could be various reasons. A lot of times it just doesn't work for some people no matter what they do. They will have to contact support.

    contact EA support as it seems more of a fifa related issue. They have a number you can call i believe or you can ask the community manger - romily broad on twitter; @romilybroad and he will sort it for you.
