Need support help

1st I would like to resolve one issue I have had for over 4 months. I tried posting this problem in support forum with no reply so I will try here. I have been playing online the entire 4 months no problem with the exception that my friends can never tell
if I am online. It seems to sign me in offline every time, even though I did not change the setting to appear offline. Even if I tell it to show me online it does'nt. So I wouldnt mind this problem being fully resolved sometime soon. Oh and I deleted my profile
and re-downloaded it, that did not work. Tried on other 2 other 360's as well as my brothers x1 and still nothing.

2nd I am at my brothers place on his x1 and the saves on Madden 25 have been completely wiped, and the cloud in general keeps acting up(keeps doing a loop). Because of said loop Assassins Creed Black Flag doesnt want to load past the beginning screens.
So yea help would be nice.

The only forced gamertag switch would have to be if the gamertag is offensive (which yours is not.. sorry). You are going to have to pay the 10$ and there is no way to get a free one otherwise as Lillithvain had said.

Sorry you've been given some false information. But, I can assure you, Xbox LIVE support does not have the authority to issue a free gamertag change. The enforcement team can only take action against your account and force a gamertag name change if there
is a valid reason for doing so, such as a violation of the code of conduct. Even then, you are issued a system generated gamertag and are not permitted to create a new one unless you pay for it. Long story short, you cannot, under any circumstances, change
your gamertag for free.

AFAIK, you have to select your online status to appear ofline.

Have your brother contact support as well.... GOOD LUCK!!!!

Bought the actual PVZ Garden Warfare game this afternoon but the console tells me "Must be connected to Xbox online" every time I click Garden Ops tab or Multiplayer tab from the Menu screen. My 360 console says that I am connected but the disc does not
recognize.

Meu controle do Xbox one não está funcionando. Já ressetei duas vezes pelo aparelho mas não tive sucesso.

I am realy dissapointed about the quality of your elite controller.

The first one has lost the rubber pads after one year. It was out of guarantie. I bought a second one and now after one year and a half the same problem.

I am realy realy dissapointed to spend so much money (more than 300 Euro for 2 Premium Controller) and to see how i waste my money.

Is there any chance to receive some spare parts for this controller? Or is there another option to help me?

So much money for this poor quality!!!!
