Meu controle do Xbox one não está funcionando. Já ressetei duas vezes pelo aparelho mas não tive sucesso.

As imagens na tela continuam pulando.

I am realy dissapointed about the quality of your elite controller.

The first one has lost the rubber pads after one year. It was out of guarantie. I bought a second one and now after one year and a half the same problem.

I am realy realy dissapointed to spend so much money (more than 300 Euro for 2 Premium Controller) and to see how i waste my money.

Is there any chance to receive some spare parts for this controller? Or is there another option to help me?

So much money for this poor quality!!!!
