Need Support from Xbox Support Specialist

I mamaged to talk to an agent though after 40mjns on hold I got hung up on

You gotta remember with the pandrmic they are working with reduced staff

And its a 90min wait

Type talk to an agent and select a catagory

Dont select refund or billing

It never gets anywhwre andbapparently billing is closes at 12pm

I'm not a "ms support guy", just a volunteer with 4 decades of IT experience. There are many other volunteers who use this site to help others with xbox related issues but the main thing that's required when you post a question on the forum are details.

"Please reach out to me to solve an Xbox related issue."
is not a lot to go on as far as details are concerned.

The more info you post about your Xbox related issue, the better.

Eg.. Type of xbox, network setup (wired or wifi), is the issue OS update related, game related (what game). Error codes you see (what error code).

Supply further details and we can go from there if you want to.

I use assault for everything. Predator Missile - Attack Helicopter - AH-6 Overwatch. I also you the Hardline perk. It's very easy to get 4 kills in a row which unlocks my predator missile. I hold on to it for one more kill then drop the missile to get the
helicopter. The nice thing about the Predator Missile is if you die whilst locating the drop it still counts toward your streak so you then get attack helicopter. If you manage to stay alive it takes 2 kills using the helicopter to unlock the overwatch. On
free for all I'm consistently getting 30 kills and less than 10 deaths.

Specialist. And only Specialist.

I bought the game two days ago and I've yet to figure out what the specialist, assault and support are even for, also can you choose per class which one you want to use? For instance putting support with my silent class and assault with my shotty class
and so on?
