    I have been told twice through chat that this repair shipped on the 30th with Fedex. I have also been told twice to contact Fedex because they have my package. FEDEX states they do not have my package.......Please someone look into this and email me.

    Hello, please write the status code that your getting. This "Can't retrieve information from XBOX LIVE" is a generic error. We will need the actual status code that starts with an 8.

    Hi there please dont a SR number or personal information on these forums as they are a public forum, its also for security reasons. I would suggest PM a member of official support for further assistance.
