Xbox Enforcement web site and if eligible you should have be able to request a case review. You can also find out more information about

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If a case review is not available, all you can do is wait it out.

If you have filed for a case review you will have to wait until they have finished their investigation & tell you the decision.

All reports are investigated so you do not get suspended for "no reason".Chances are during the investigation other offences you had committed were discovered which is why you received a 2nd suspension.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you are not entitled to a refund for any lost xbox live subscription time due to enforcement action on your account.

If you have received a response through you email regarding your request that it got declined, you can always dispute that by responding to the email. But if this was through the automated system, I suggest submitting a refund request through the webform instead to it will go directly to the refund team for a review.

Since you have done your first request, do this:

Choose the option "Why don't I see the purchase in my list?" then "I don't see the purchase"



Choose the last option "none of the above apply, I still can't find my order" then "request a refund"

After you submit this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that’ll include instructions on how you can keep track of the status of your request. They will send you a response with the refund decision within 72 hours.
