On Topic OP as the others stated there is loads of ways you can stop this from happening , File Complaint , Block user ect ! its a sad word when you get some individuals who cant compete on a friendly healthy atmosphere.

Also, MS doesnt need people to email them with "evidence", since all data over live is recorded and stored for the enforcement team anyways. You shyould learn more about the service before making yourself look like a moron.

Your best bet is to report this person via your console. This is the only way the PET can investigate this. Then block communications with them and avoid them.

This means "Stop being a better player than me".



Player sends you a message that accuses you of cheating and then goes on to call you names.

This means: "No really man, stop being a better player than me, who do you think you are"?



Player sends you a message that accusses you of cheating, calls you names and then makes threats to harm you, your family, your account etc...

This means "Now you really gotta be cheating because I WAS cheating and you still beat me".



Put the user on block and move on.



Multiplayer games are only as good as the people you are playing with.
