    Need some serious help


    Hey all. This is the first time im posting here for help and advice. This has been going on for quite some time, where my Original (caveman) Xbox One has been seizing up. There are time when i browse the store that my xbox 'freezes' but not really freezes where none of the images load up and I'm unable to click on anything or even return home without sitting at the 'frozen' screen for a few minutes before getting dashboarded. My xbox one would perform normally after these events happened up until i would turn it off for the day. I'm a stay at home gamer so I'm literally on my xbox one all day everyday.

    The very next day when i boot my xbox one I get the infamous infinite green screen and cant get to my home screen. It isnt that my xbox ome is frozen though because i get notifications from my friends inviting me to xbox parties through my phone which means that I'm technically signed on. I would then go online to try to find a fix for this, but the lnly method thats worked was doing a reset of my console, and after the reset my console would work just fine for a few days until I had to repeat the process all over again. I would say that I've done this process about 10 times, and now i'm sitting here trying to do it again since my xbox 'froze' while i was trying to download a game from a disc onto it, and now my tv screen is saying its not detecting the hdmi. I've tried booting my xbox up in lpw res mode but that doesnt work as the beep doesnt sound off. And when i try to reset my xbox, the second beep doesnt sound off either.

    So now I'm asking for any kind of help or a better fix to my situation, or if its just time to finally upgrade to a series x or s..

    Need some serious help.

    Contact Support via chat or phone those are your only two options

    And ask for a compromised access case

    And yes this has to be done in person not email

    You can also use ms answers for addition security but I'd wait for the Xbox support review first

    If you file the complaint, and then block communications, then remove him from your list there is no way he will be able to send you a message. Once you block communication just make sure you don't send him a message as that will unblock communications.
    I wouldn't worry about it though. Just move on and enjoy your gaming experience. :)

    Okay thanks guys, I've only been friends with him on live for a short time so I didn't really know what I was getting myself into, and I'm only staying friends with him for now to avoid said threats. And yeah I change all my passwords on a weekly basis so
    that won't be to much of an issue I hope.
