myaccount has been banned from communicating and I don't know why. Can't submit a review because I keep getting questions wrong. I just want to get back to gaming. I didn't do anything wrong and I demand an answer. I have been paying you guys for YEARS

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help. The only way to contact the PET is via the enforcement site.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you've been given a suspension/ban, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

If you're trying to report someone, you would need to file a complaint via the console.

Those are the only ways to contact the enforcement team.

 

tried submitting a case review doesn't work it's a fix so they can fob you off contact the support team and they told me to post on the forums

 

then if it is upheld time to move on

You must serve out your suspensiom

If it's a communication suspension because of a fight keep in mind it doesn't matter who starts the fight everyone who breaks the rules will be punished if reported

You must be rated e for everyone at all times

If it's because you are in a m rated game lol that's only the content of the game communication must still be rated e for everyone

 

I said it's a fix because it won't let me submit a case review decision hasn't been upheld it asked me to do a questionnaire the questions are a fix and tells me to try again in 24 hours

 

The questions are there to make sure you a familiar with the ToU/CoC & are very easy if you are.
