    Uh, hey there. This is my first time using the forums, but I'm having this weird reoccurring issue at the moment and could really use a hand.

    I've been having trouble playing Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One S. The games themselves are working properly, so it's not that. The issue is that it won't connect to xbox live when I'm playing them. It says "disconnected from xbox live" as soon as the game
    boots up. I try to manually connect, but it says that my console "can't connect to xbox live" and such. It asks if I want to check my connection, so I do. The connection is fine. So the connection isn't the problem either.

    This is the error code that pops up when it fails to connect: 8015190A

    Before you ask, yes I tried a few different things to solve the problem. Like the "edit my avatar using the xbox app on my computer" solution. I even tried a power cycle, still nothing. And yes, my xbox one games seem to be working fine. Tried playing two
    different XB1 games, they work fine. Two different 360 games, and had the issue written above.

    The kicker? The fact that about 10-15 minutes later, I'm able to "connect" when I boot up a 360 game.
    AS IF THE PROBLEM NEVER HAPPENED AT ALL!

    This has happened to me twice in the span of 2 days. And it is mega frustrating! Is it an issue with my account? I thought it might be an xbox live issue, but when I check the service status it doesn't mention any issues with 360 games, just XB1 games.

    One of the main reasons I'm worried about this? Well I'm still not 100% sure how xbox 360 save games "in the cloud" work, but if I can't connect to xbox live when playing them, won't there be issues with the game saves? Will it not save? Or be out of sync
    or something? My brain hurts thinking about it.

    The main reason this is bugging me is this: I have seasonal depression, and right now it's affecting me. To keep my mind off of it, I play video games. And when I have issues with my video games, it doesn't help my mood at all.

    I'm not trying to make this sound like "oh poor me," I'm just giving the facts.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you got to 5,000 at the end of May, they are scheduled to deposit around the 15th.

    From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Next time this happens try redownloading your profile through the 360 emulator by following these steps:

    1. Load any 360 game.

    2. Hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button on controller) at same time. This will bring up the 360 guide.

    3. Should have a choice of download profile click on it.

    4. Enter email and password this will download your profile again to the 360 emulator on the one.

    If it is still giving you a problem you may have to hit the Y button to sign in

    Hello.

    Ive had this same issue before, turns out it was an issue with the local saved games abd after clearing it, the 360 games would load fine and connect to live.

    Try this; go into your

    Settings > System > Storage

    Then select Clear local Xbox 360 game saves. This should solve the problem.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues with your Xbox 360 games being played from the Xbox One. Before trying the steps above you can also go into your "Settings" and go under "System" then
    select "Storage". After that Press "A" on "Clear local Xbox 360 game saves" so the console can restart. After it restarts you can try the steps our Ambassador team recommended.
