Need shipping address for controller exchange

I started an exchange request with Microsoft for a faulty controller. However, i was never given a shipping address or information. I waited a week to see if they would email it to me but, i still haven't been given one. When i looked at my order it also
told me that a shipping label would not be provided. I would like to know where exactly im supposed to ship my controller.

Thanks for coming to the forums. With repair orders you get an email with all the information. Unfortunately, with controllers, you do not get a shipping label. It is also very important when you do ship it out write your order number for the repair on the
outside of the box. Here is the address for the US shipping.

Hi spider dude94,

most of the time these emails csn get mislayed within the junk emails. You may want to check your associated email junk as it maybe in there with the shipping label information that you will need to print off.

I went and bought a second controller (Not happy about that). But the second controller works fine. Sooo, that tells me it's more than likely the 3.5mm jack that is broken.

Amazon won't exchange just the controller :mad:

So I have to either 1. Exchange the entire console losing days worth of downloads and installs. 2. Ship the controller back to Microsoft where I have to pay for shipping and wait for weeks to get it back...

Microsoft needs better support for exchanging single components that came with the console! I shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks to get a replacement from them and I definitely shouldn't have to pay shipping.
