    Need server fixed


    I keep getting kicked off of Microsoft Bingo Server and It's all the time now. I have a Microsoft Lumia 735. I updated to Microsoft 10 so I could get bingo. I love bingo when the server is working it relaxes me. Please let me know when it is fixed.

    I'm still confused about how the 300,000 servers works for multi-player. I thought you connected to a game through xbox and then played on the game's company servers but with xbox one they switched to just using microsoft servers? That seems counter-productive to me since it adds a layer of failure points and two companies needing to work together to fix things. Has it always been that way? I noticed the 300,000 server part of the image and it got me wondering again.

    Xbox quitting game and returning to home screen randomly

    I have called Microsoft Support. This issue started for me yesterday with NBA2k14 only. I reinstalled the game and the same issue occurred. The Microsoft Support Rep. had told me that the issue is with 2k servers and that their was possibly a patch or update on the website. I did not find one. You may need to check the game manufacterers for updates. uninstalling and reinstalling should prompt the update but if they are having server issues then we may need to wait until their server issues are fixed to attempt the update again. If its an issue with your xbox then you may want to put in a service ticket.

    What is wrong with the nascar heat 5 servers no one one xbox can get online but all other platforms are working.

    Microsoft does not own the game, therefore cannot fix the servers. You need to contact the people that do, because they run the servers

    Gears is a very broken game and I don't suspect that to change any time soon. The server you're connecting to could be having problems of its own, or you could be simply connecting to one halfway around the world effectively doubling or tripling your ping.
    I could sit here all day and give you the many factors that could be causing your problem, but I've better things to do.

    fix the servers!!

    Epic robbed us this time people. Paying all that money for extra maps, then taking away the servers unless you bought more maps. Then eventually dropping the game and removing most servers.

    Totally awful is what they have done. The only good way is to play privately with friends now.
