    I purchased an Xbox Elite Series 2 about 1 year ago and while I love the controller, it has given me issues here and there. I already had it sent in and repaired once using the original 90 day warranty sometime in February/March. A couple months later I
    ended up running into back to back issues with the functionality as certain buttons and bumpers and paddles stopped working correctly. Leading me to look into my options...

    According to THIS, the warranty has been extended an entire year. So when I attempt to purchase a replacement/repair,
    I'm experiencing several issues. If I attempt to get request service on The Microsoft devices support page, it says my warranty expired in April, which couldn't possibly
    be true considering I just had it serviced around that time. Also, that date isn't even a year since the Series 2 was released! So there's no way it can be correct.

    I'm hitting a brick wall because of this and it appears to be impossible to get any Xbox/Microsoft representative on the phone OR chat. I am entirely entitled to this warranty and a replacement, as this is a $200 controller that hasn't been able to survive
    more than 90 days of use without something going wrong.

    I'm not sure where to go fromom here, but I'm very frustrated at the hoops I clearly need to be jumping to receive assistance on this. Please, ANYTHING you can do to assist would be greatly appreciated.
