Need Rewards redemptions to go to a different email address

Hello,

I do not want to nor can I change my rewards account log in. That said, it is an old domain that Microsoft no longer supports and I cannot receive email to it or any rewards that would come to that email address. I need a way to have any rewards send to
a different email address while not touching my MS sign in account. Help!

Rewards emails going to old account address

Hello,

I changed the primary email address I use for my Microsoft account months ago.

I have received 2 Xbox Rewards emails to my current email address for the account back
in September for the Forza 7 event. Yet the monthly statement emails still go to my old account email and not the current primary email address. Even my Xbox emails are going to my current primary email address.

Is there something else I need to do to get the rewards emails to go to the primary email account?

i updated my email address a few years ago but my xbox live rewards emails still go to my old address. I would like them to go to my current and primary address.

Yes....I do. I have been going around and around with all the facets of MS support for this issue. It could have been avoided if they had just kept the xboxlivefamily emails active or provided a forwarding ability. They could have notified those of us
on the xbox one as they would have all that information. I know the email is old, some of us have been around awhile. Thank you for your input.
