NEED Rewards points deposited ASAP please help

I currently have 66,145 pending credits (approx $66), and they will not deposit into my account monthly like they are supposed to due to an ongoing issue with my account. Every time I have a bunch of pending credits I have to create a post here, they usually
reply saying it’s anoter department and then a couple day’s later I have my deposit, so can you please get them to deposited one last time. You can see my previous posts here Once AGAIN my rewards are NOT depositing into my account since May of last year! PLEASE HELP AGAIN1 ,
can you please forward this to the appropriate team to do one final dump into my account so I can get the last of my credits???

Reward points not deposited on due date

hi there, I had received 15000 reward points round about the 13/03/18 but they didn’t get deposited on the 15th or the 30th

Could you please get these deposited ASAP thanks

Haven't received my xbox live rewards that I submitted a request for last month

I submitted a request for my 3,800 xbox live rewards to be deposited into my account last month but have not received it. I go to check the status and it is saying as if I never requested it, I need it asap. Please help!

Hello KillerWade,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience. Any deposits you may be receiving are a result of their work and perhaps testing on a more permanent solution. We do not have the ability to access a user's billing information, as that data is extremely secured.

You can check all transactions at
https://billing.microsoft.com Deposits from the Rewards program will not be listed as rewards points, but only as a credit. For December, points were deposited on the 5th and around the 20th. For any points you had deposited before December, they would
have been deposited around the 12th-13th or end of the month after you had earned at least 100 points.

The 440 you see on the site would be all points you've earned since joining the program. It doesn't necessarily mean all of those were deposited in December. So you may have had several deposits in the past as well.

What points?

If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.

Rewards points are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you've earned at least 100 points. So if the points show as awarded, then they would have already been deposited. You can check for past deposits by going to
https://billing.microsoft.com to check for credits around the 15th or end of the month. They won't be listed as rewards points, but only as a credit. If you had any deposits in December they would
have been around the 5th and 20th because of the promotion that month.
