I already posted something Saturday and got a reply, but wasn't what I needed fixed. I changed my email a year ago to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** but the billing email never updated...but it is now. You gave me a link to where to change it previously but that part was already
fixed. What I need is any reward earned or emails sent in the last few months since the billing email was wrong. Please email me so I can respond or actually know when you've responded. Thanks

Credentials error

Hey guys.

I don't know if am allowed to post help threads as I see no specific sections but I thought I needed to get help from somewhere.

I'm getting an error when trying to download my old account. It still has xbox gold ( and gold pp901m on mw3 and i guesss ) and i need to get the account back so i can play on it again.

This is what the error says . ( for some reason you can't dl profiles offline but you used to be able to )

ERROR: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in.

Visit https:// account.live .com to fix the problem.

I have gone to account.live and tried to sign in with my old account. but it says password is wrong ( even though the DL profiles says it's correct ) I have also gone to Can't access your account but that is no help niether is Google or Youtube.

Please help me. Thanks.

Xbox rewards are not sent via email so you would not have missed any rewards. Any emails that would have been sent would be updates on your rewards statement which you can via on the MyRewards section of the rewards site.

To have emails sent when you get a post on the forums, you would need to change your settings at the top of the forums.

Rewards Credits are not sent via email. The only thing you would have missed is your Rewards statements, which is just a monthly snapshot of what is shown on your MyRewards page.

Since only your Call of Duty pre-order was made during the offer period, it was the only eligible purchase. Your South Park purchase was not a pre-order. From the FAQ:

Yes, it is likely that you are not allowed to redeem the same reward twice. Microsoft Rewards typically has limits on how many times a particular reward can be redeemed, and it's possible that you have reached the limit for the 100 Robux reward. If you are unable to redeem the reward again, you may need to choose a different reward or wait until the limit for the 100 Robux reward is reset. You can check the terms and conditions for the reward to see if there is a limit on how many times it can be redeemed. For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The amount you need to spend would depend on the region your account is set for. If your Rewards account is set for the US, you would need to spend $60USD.
If your account set for Canada, you would need to spend $64CAD. The program will not recognize purchases made outside of your region.
