Need replacement controller, warranty website broken, can’t contact anyone!!!

My xbox one elite controller isnt functioning properly. Went on xbox support website, entered serial number, confirmed it is covered by warranty. Great! So, I follow the prompts to request a replacement, but at the very last step, I get a prompt that there’s
a problem with the webpage and it page refreshes...over and over again in an endless loop. I’ve tried it on multiple devices—cell phones, laptops, desktop computers. Same problem. I CANNOT for the life of my figure out how to contact Xbox/Microsoft!! For the
love of God, can someone please help me????? How on earth do I contact you, Microsoft?!?!?!?

I'm sorry to hear the device support site is not functioning properly. Are you trying to set up the replacement from

I'll provide the steps to request a callback from support:

Contact us here
Select My account
Say No thanks to the virtual agent
Select Error Messages and codes.
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select request a callback from support

If the controller you received back from a warranty replacement is broken/faulty when you receive it you need to contact support again or set up a warranty claim on that device

There are no user suggested fixes for controllers. If broken and not under warranty you will need to replace it.

Controllers have a 90 day warranty when your first one broke you should have had that replaced by filling for warranty replacement. After 90 days there is no service for a broken controller and you need to buy a new one
