Need replacement code

I purchased an xbox one that came with a code for the master chief collection, however I have lost that code. Is there any way I might get a replacement code? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Also, if you have console online and call support they can remote view your console for error codes and tell you if its in need of replacement. Pretty incredible they can do that.

 

You could try contact the retailer you purchased it from the exchange the console, but otherwise no.

 

To be honest.. I think not.

 

The retailer can replace the code for you provided that you have the proof of purchase. Or you may check with Xbox Support to check the options they have.

The best solution is to go back to the retailer.

 

Doesn't sound like something that is incredibly promising. The only reason I state this is the retailer does not know you didn't already use the code. While xbox support could see if you used a code, they likely don't have free codes to give out.
