Need repair for Error 200019

Purchased on old computer and worked fine. Trying to open on new computer (both Windows 10) but it won't load - Error 20019

Original Xbox 360 E74 error message- Solution

If your Xbox 360 has failed because of the E74 error, you’ll see the following message on the screen when you turn on your Original Xbox 360 console:

System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
E74

If you see this error message, you must repair your console. The warranty period for the E74 error is three years from the original purchase date of the console. If the warranty period expires, you’ll have to pay for the repair.

Windows 10 is up to date. Also, you can try performing
a clean boot. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Be sure to let us know the results!

The e101 error doesnt mean it needs to be repaired.... The e100 error means it needs to be repaired. E101 is you downloaded the wrong update and you need to download the correct one and try again. Then it should work properly

That is a fatal error and the console will either need to be repaired or replaced.

not work then your console may need to be replaced or repaired. If the console needs to be repaired please remember that the original FAT console is no longer available to be repaired.
