    Need remote code for Insignia NSPDP50HD-09


    I have an XBOX one media remote, IR blaster extension, and Insignia NSPDP50HD-09. My media remote is not able to control anything as far as TV functions concerns. When I went through the TV set up, all the remote codes provided were not able to mute the
    TV. Any ideas?

    Same issues with Insignia NSR5101HD. Do you have alternate remote codes for that device?

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with you setup. According to our IR provider, an exact match for your television (Insignia NSPDP50HD-09) exists.

    When going through remote control setup, please try using codeset "1423".

    If this codeset fails for some reason, you may also try entering your television brand and identification code (Insignia NSPDP50HD-09) through our IR provider support website,
    http://www.ueisupport.com/.

    This tool will then suggest alternative codesets that may match your setup.

    Finally, please make sure that your IR blaster extension isn't blocked by any physical object so that there are nothing between your remote's signal and the extension.

    On my Insignia- remote code 2472 allows "xbox mute" to work - but none of the other functions (volume up/down or power) works. The other remote codes - none of the features work. Any other ideas?

    Is this thread still being monitored? I tried the suggested alternate codes for my

    Insignia NSR5101HD.. Code 2472 allows mute/Unmute functions to work from Kinect. No other functions - power or volume do not work. The other suggested codes do not work at all - no functions work when I select those. I really wish the Kinect had a
    learning mode where you could teach it the IR codes from the remote itself like my Logitech Harmony remote.
