    Need Preview Program Forum Access


    Please help, i need to get information concerning a preview program update! I have been a member of the preview program for over year, constantly getting those points in the program. However, i don't have access to the private preview forums group. I tried
    all the links to the forums but all i get is that "group not found." I've contacted the support line but they didn't know what to do and told me to post here instead. Please help.

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

    No probs mate, there is a ton of these requests at the moment, so hopefully a support agent will be able to sort you out soon. If you don't hear back from this thread in a day or two, then I'd reccomend creating your own just in case they missed your reply
