    hello I need The pp form permission. I bought re 5 and wolfenstir the old blood when I was in the pp but I opted out and now I have to pay for my games again. I was sent here by the support team

    Need pp forum permission

    From what I remember, if you buy digital games while on the Preview firmware, and then you opt out and roll back to current firmware, you will have to wait until the Preview update goes public. Only then will you be able to download and play those purchased
    games again.

    Why the store system is set up like that is beyond my understanding.

    You should have access to the Preview Forums now. As Internet Expert mentioned, if you purchased games while taking part in the Xbox One Preview you may not have access to them on a non-preview console. You would need to wait until the update is available
    to all users.
