Need pointed in the right direction using UPS

Sending my xb1 back for repair have everything sorted but I don't know what I'm asking UPS for. It gives me the option for - Full service, shipping & drop off, shipping, drop off staffed, and collection & prepaid drop off. The problem I have is that some
of these options are based in different locations and its a fair distance away so I need to know which I need to choose. I'm sending from the UK

There should be three options. One is pick up from your home address, two is to take the boxed console complete with attached shipping label to one of UPS's Access Points in the UK. These are usually local convenience stores. They will take the box from
you, give you a shipping receipt and they will send it for you. The third option is to take to a UPS depot.

Out of all those options, using one of the Access Points is the easiest. As long as your defective machine is boxed up with the shipping label they will do the rest there is no additional cost. You can find out your nearest Access point using this link from
the UK UPS website:

Just type in your post code and you will be shown on the map the local UPS partners. There should be lots of them. There are about 10 near me, all within 1 mile or less.

I'm not sure how it goes in the UK, but shouldn't have Microsoft given you some info on how to ship the console? If not, I'd just ask them if I were you. Also, make sure to put some kind of insurance on the shipment, in case it goes missing or gets stolen.
I did that with my 360 in the past.

stopped playing altogether. Seems everyone is using the USAS/frag *** set up. Game is broken when EVERYONE needs to use the same gun to be on equal footing. so much for balance, DICE ruined a once great frnchise by including 'easy button' guns that only
require you to point in the general direction and hold the right trigger. no aiming required, gust point and click.

You should never use any type of voltage converter with your console.

You would need the correct power brick for Japan.Best bet is to contact support once you are there & they will point you in the right direction.
