Need old account info

When I was a kid i used the account UberNebula and it did not have live and i dont have the email or password for it. I made my current account with live years ago because I thought you needed a new one for live. I deleted the old account from my 360 thinking
I would permanently delete the account but it was just from the hard drive. I want to make my new gamertag that one but I have no way of deleting the account or changing its tag. I need an alternative method of proving its my account that isn't the email or
password I just want that old gamertag. If the email was my parent's email then that email is still associated with my current account but it only shows my new account.

Hi there,

Like mentioned above, you can contact Xbox Support, and when they can verify that you are the owner of the account (by answering questions correctly) they should be able to specify the email address of the account.

To contact them use
support.xbox.com/contact-us and select the Xbox Support option

Forgot old account info

so i wanted to get my old account back. i deleted it a while back. i know the password to that account. i just dont know the email. is their anyway i be able to get the email address for my old account.

Phone/Chat support may be able to help, but without any account information the account has likely been lost unfortunately.

I am sorry for what happened. If you had an alternate email address or phone number added to the account - and if the hacker haven't removed them - you can try the steps on the URL below to try to reset your account password:

If the above does not work, your only option is to fill the recovery form. In the article below you can get detailed information on how to fill the form:

The Microsoft recovery form is available at:

If you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore when trying to fill the recovery form, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts besides what users can do by themselves - which is using the above options. Microsoft employees are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.
