    Getting Back Into Preview Program

    So I refreshed my console to default settings but I'm now back up. How do I get my account back into the preview program? I enjoyed being a part of it.

    Preview Program

    I have been invited to the preview program times now and been told to wait 72 hours and I have waited about a week. I figured Xbox couldn't send the message because so many people wanted to get in, but then all my friends got in within the 72 hours. I talked
    to an Xbox support member and they said that my account already has the Preview Program on it. He said my account needs to be refreshed, so now I'm confused. I never got the message from Xbox. What can I do to resolve the problem? Also he said a member of
    the program support would review this.

    G'day,

    Are you in the Insiders preview program?

    If you are, OSU's (offline system updates) should NOT be used unless you first leave the program. Leaving the program usually entails doing a factory refresh which will install the latest General Public release.

    What preview are you in?

    Using the Insider hub >Manage should state what you're enrolled in.

    Most of the time a factory refresh is required when leaving, changing a preview ring or leaving Insiders altogether. You will need the account details and passwords for all accounts that are set up on the console now to set the console back up after the factory refresh. Your games and apps shouldn't be affected unless you decide to do a complete factory refresh and delete everything. Xbox Insider FAQ

    You need to post inquiries regarding the Preview program in the preview programs forums. That is the best place to get support on the Preview builds.

    This as been going on for a while same with the game tag a screen refresh brings them up but not a permanent fix.

    I put a report in the preview program its being looked at now.
