Need my Power Adapter replaced

Hello,

I had purchased Xbox One from amazon.com in May and i live in India. So i would like Microsoft to replace the US Power Adapter (it is seal packed & untouched) which came along the console with official Indian power adapter.

Can you please try connecting the adapter to a different power outlet to see if the same problems occurs?

If the noise is coming from the adapter it may possibly need to be repaired/replaced

Problem in repairing Xbox One Power Supply

You bought your console in the US so if the power supply needs repair/ replaced it will be a US power supply you get back. as you have moved to India you will need to get a power supply that you can use in India the power supply used in the UK is the same
as India you would just need a plug adapter to use it.

 

Although normally you can set up a replacement at the repair page

hey ROckDonStar.. kindly let us know if they replaced the PSU for your xbox one.

 

I just imported the original xbox one psu from UK(India and UK has same voltage) and it's running fine. You can get one on ebay.
