    i did something so I could get 1,000 points and when I finished it it DIDNT give me my 1,000 points

    What points have you not received?

    Are they ones you earned thought Xbox Live Rewards? If do, you'll have to ask the team in this forum:

    forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx

    They are the only ones that can answer questions about the Live Rewards program.

    We see that you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. If you are asking about a promotion with Microsoft Rewards, that is a different program, and you would have to contact their support team via the Microsoft Rewards webpage.
