This kid, (mod edit) had my full name and phone number in his bio, but he just removed my number for it, and told me he was keeping my name there. So i called xbox support, used the xbox support message thing, and posted on forums,
all of it ignored. Now I am talking to Lhynn and she told me to post this number with this post. (mod edit)

Ok, Tesco have a deal on the xbox one S with Fifa 17 for £225 ... They have a voucher for £25 off any order over £150 .. So the Xbox will only cost me £199.. Il sell fifa for £30 .. So thats £170 for an xbox one S



However here is my issue. I game share with my brother on the current xbox one. I will be moving this upstairs as a media player and netflix player and keeping the One S to game on.


How does the game sharing work here? I know i can gameshare from my one S to my brother as normal. But what if i was ill and wanted to play inbed upstairs on my old console. What would i be able to play? Everything is stored on my external

I'm doing exactly what xbox live support told me. I've done all 3 and nothing has happened my personal information is still out there.

Support has given you the wrong info.Follow the steps Grady has posted.

The PET team get 1000's of complaints per day,all of which have to be investigated so action isn't instant.

 

Support lied to you. Apparently they have a really bad habit of doing that and telling people to post in the forums when they don't have a real answer. These are community forums that are not officially monitored by MS, and nobody here has any power to help
you. If you have a problem with the guy, report him for harassment via your console, block communications, and forget the guy exists.

 

Also how does this person have your personal information?

Sorry but the person you have spoken to has misinformed you slightly. You are not allowed to name and shame on the forums as it goes against the Forum Guidelines.



As mentioned above, the PET (Enforcement Team) receive a vast amount of complaints on a daily basis. My advice would be to continue to enjoy your gaming and leave the rest of it down to the PET. Once they receive your complaint they will take the appropriate
action necessary once they reach a conclusion.

I have reported him, and blocked him now, and he has my info because i know him in real life, but we have issues, shady people ya know.
