    Need Microsoft Support assistance with Minecraft game/Mojang support not responding


    Hi,

    This is NOT xbox related, however posting it here as Microsoft owns Minecraft.

    I contacted multiple times Mojang support without success (no replies).

    The problem is:

    I purchased the redeem code on Amazon for Minecraft Java Edition; redeemed the code through minecraft.net site (Java edition).

    However, no game is available to me; no records of any transactions are shown; no confirmation emails are sent. The redeem code is now "invalid or already used, I cannot use it anymore. If I play the game, it offers to Buy it.

    PLEASE recover the transaction and either re-activate the redeem code or make the game available to my account. There is horrible mess going on with mojang/microsoft accounts in general, due to poorly executed migration, where one randomly forwards to another, then back, switching randomly on minecraft.net pages and in the game.

    I already wrote to Mojang support and this is what they answered me:

    As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account related issues as account migration has ended. If you have migrated your Mojang/Minecraft account to a Microsoft account and need assistance, please contact Microsoft Support.

    Thanks, but minecraft support is not responsive at all!
    It says: "Starting September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support will no longer be able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft login or other account related issues as account migration has ended.
    If you have transferred your Mojang/Minecraft account to a Microsoft account and need assistance, please contact Microsoft Support."
    What exactly should I do now?

    If this is not the case and the answer in minecraft should be the answer, can you explain more?

    My minecraft account got hacked and i think deleted

    I did contact mojang/minecraft support and this is what i got back (since you use a Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft you will need to go to Microsoft for assistance)

    I have tried requesting a ticket for two different topics but they just send me the same message. Is there by chance a different way to contact Mojang/Microsoft?
