Hi I Just Got Back Online On 3/2/2017 At 10.20 Pm And I Got A Message Saying I Got Suspended For 3/3/2017 But i Dont Know How I Got Suspended They Say Its From Cheating I Never Cheat On Xbox Live Or Say Mean This To Players I Just Spend A Lout Of Money On

Hello, my brothers gamertag, [Mod Removed] has been suspended for a reason which is not understandable. May someone please check why his gamertag has been suspended?

He hasnt committed any of Microsoft's crimes for him to get suspended.

Information:

He got suspended on September 20, 2011.

His e-mail: [Mod Removed]

His Gamertag: [Mod Removed]

If there is other information you need, please ask me for it. Thank you and I wish someone can unsuspend him.

A brief description of why you got suspended would be found in an e-mail associated with the gamertag. Although the exact reason will not be determined in the e-mail, rather a idea of why you could have possibly got banned.

No one on this forum will have the information to why you got suspended, neither will any agents you speak to on the phone or in chat.

As Smwutches said. You will need to make a post at forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

But note that they might not give you the reason you was banned, but it is worth a try. probably best to just wait out the suspension.

To clarify, you wouldn't be able to talk to the enforcement team. Your brother would need to go to the enforcement site for information on why he was suspended and to see if he can submit a case review. He would not have been suspended for no reason or
for being too good.
