    Need information about Enforcement Action on my son's account


    I need to speak or at least communicate with someone regarding an email I have received about my son's xbox live account which says he has received both a permanent and a temporary suspension? (work that one out). He hasn't told me about this.

    As I've just spent £180 on games for christmas I want to know what is going on.

    I've been on the dedicated forum for enforcement actions which has a post on there saying that that forum is no longer being used to give information on enforcement actions. It advises to going into the Enforcement actions page on my account and submitting
    a request for more information there. Done that, no option or anything clickable to do so. Not that I can see anyway.

    Does anyone know how I can find out what's gone on? Preferably, to be able to speak to someone.

    Hi there, we understand the frustration. However, we're separate from the Xbox Enforcement Team & unable to speculate on enforcement action. You may want to check the messages on your son's account and you can also view more info about any
    active enforcement action. Enforcement action for 24-hours is not eligible for case review.

    Your son could have been permanent or temporary banned for many reasons, you can visit here
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/ to find out why your son was banned.

    Maybe speak to your son aswell to find out anything that could get him an permanent ban.

    Read the code of conduct because that will give you a rough idea on why your son was banned.

    Enforcement action

    Hey Natalie,

    For information regarding this enforcement action, you would need to submit a case review through our enforcement website. Unfortunately, there is no way to stop someone from making
    a report on your sons account. However, just because a report was made does not mean you will get an automatic suspension. An investigation will take place and if the code of conduct was broken, then an enforcement action will be placed on the account.

    we are only volunteers here and have no access to any of the information regarding enforcement actions.

    if the ban is for longer than 24 hours you can file a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com/ (you might need to get your son to sign in there as the action is on his account)

    There if you have enforcement actions on your account you will see a hand shake icon box to review that information

    However, if the enforcement action is too old, you won't be able to see the information about that particular enforcement action

    Click the link that Smwutches posted in the post above. There's a green colored link that you need to click and make a new topic in. That's where you'd need to go to ask about any sort of enforcement action taken on your sons account.
