    Need Info link doesn‘t work


    Dear Microsoft Team,

    i got banned from any Xbox Live Services. After that Information, i started a case review and explained my side. After that the Status changed to „under review“. After that i received an E-Mail with a link for „more informations“. But If click the „Need
    Info“ link On the enforcement website, will it just redirect back to the overview page. So it is impossible for me to follow that link and Hube you the needed informations. The gamertag is: R0BS90.

    If nothing else works, and it‘s only the xbox who doesn‘t work, maybe the hdmi port on your xbox is broken.

    Thats strange. But like the others say, tried a restart? If this doesn‘t work I would just wait. I think there was an update, sure they‘ll fix it soon.

    I have the same problem. Can not install "Amazon Video" or "skyTicket" ; for some reason Netflix is working...but as I have a amazon prime account I would very much like to use it...

    Restarting, Reinstalling does not work. I tried on several days. The microsoft support is a joke, you just turn in cycles...
