need hlp with console crashing due to non exisitent overheating

so recently my xb1 x is crashing due to star wars battlefront 2 with rise of skywalker update and borderlands 3 anyhting with multiplayer. i contacted borderlands company n nothing ever came back n star wars nothing yet anyone else getting this?

My Xbox kept 'overheating' and crashing too so I checked the slits in the power box and there was a bunch of lint and dog fur caught in there. Haven't had a problem since getting all of it out.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

No, there is not and its really not a good idea due to the limited Hardware of consoles. Causing your system to over work can causes crashes and overheating issues.

Forgot to mention that it sometimes crashes during specific points in a game. There was this cutscene in Dragon Ball Kakarot that always used to cause my Xbox to crash due to overheating. I got around it by skipping this one cutscene as soon as it started.

If the console is turning off then this is usually due to overheating (the console does not need to feel hot or the air coming out of it as the overheating occurs between the heatsink and the chipset), The fan will always speed up if the system detects that
the hardware is getting too hot.

You could try the troubleshooting article for the console unexpectedly turning off, other than that if it keeps happening then you would need to register it for repair.
