    i was told by a live agent that an ambassador could help me with my situation accessing xbox insider hub. I am not suspended or banned permanently from anything.

    I attempted to access the insider hub app and as i pulled it up while loading it immediately told me i cannot access because if my past behavior. My live agent checkef my accouny and said i was perfectly fine, and clean. I need an ambassadors help ERGENTLY.

    Every time I click the Xbox insider hub it says you can't join the Xbox insider program because of your past behavior !

    You can not join the insider program or access the app if you have had any type of enforcement action on your account within the past 12 months.

    Being part of the Insider Program requires you abide to the regular Microsoft Services Agreement, along with any other extra, program-specific criteria on top.
    Any violations to that agreement risks your removal from the program at any time.

    Xbox Enforcement is not known to delete past records for one's convenience. Xbox Support and the forums operate separately from Xbox Enforcement, and as such are unable to assist with your problem.

    Why does the Xbox Insider Hub ask me to be 18+?

    Okay, I get it. But before I was making the post, I saw someone else's post with the same question (that thread is now locked, unfortunately). It says that the user is over 18 years old yet they cannot access the Xbox Insider Hub because it says that they're "under 18". A reply said that the Xbox Insider Hub checks the age you originally created your account at and not the age you're currently at.
