Need help Xbox won't boot up it takes 10 mins to get to the green screen

ive tryed everything to try to get it to boot up but I just don't want to... Xbox support said it was shut off during a update.. I didn't even know it was updating?!

Things I've tryed

1)Hard reboot

2)power on while holding find button and eject and power then hold find and eject.

3) let it sit on green screen 7 hrs.. no code, no black screen.

4) did #2 but held buttons until green screen came up but it still didn't go to troubleshoot screen..

If there is something I haven't done please let me know.

I haven't done the thumb drive way cause from what I understand I have to get the troubleshoot screen to come up.. but if I could get it to come up I would just factory reset it.

Receiving this error code 0x80070102.

I am getting this error code after I changed my Xbox One power mode from Energy-saving to Instant-on because I wanted to download a game while off. Now it takes 10 mins from me turning on the power to getting the green boot up screen. Even ğetting to the
green boot up screen, it does not boot up the console at all.

Right now, I advise whoever is suffering from this issue, DO NOT change your power mode to Instant-on.

 

XBOX ONE DEAD

According to microsoft the first initial boot up should not take so long....ive been on the phone to them since friday as my day 1 edition never got the update screen...my green screen stayed green for 10 mins ..i then got corrupted graphics and screen went
black....Microsoft finally says its a dead console....
