    I received my new xbox one s yesterday and it just keeps on restarting over and over. The farthest I can get to is putting in my wifi password then it restarts again...

    Xbox 1 keeps disconnecting from Internet

    My xbox 1 keeps disconnecting from xbox live every 10 minutes or so after that it reconnects on its own and keeps repeating the process over and over...

    I tried restarting router

    I tried hard restart on xbox 1

    I tried clearing the cache

    None of these worked and I need help

    Hi, this issue does occur even with the original Xbox One. One of the fixes is to remove the password requirement from your wireless connection, set up the Xbox and once everything is up and running secure the network again, things should then work fine.
