I've seen this error before and usually it disappears after a few hours.

The error you're encountering is a known issue with the Xbox Insider hub. The preview teams are working on it now on the backend and are implementing fixes for this. In the meantime, can you try removing your account from the console (Settings>Account) and
then clearing the system cache by holding the power button on the console for 8-10 sec. till the console completely shuts off or by opening the guide (Settings tab>Restart console).

Once you've done that, please re-add your account and try to access the insider hub. In the future, I would advise you post in the Xbox One preview forums so the proper teams are aware: Xbox
One Preview

Let us know if that resolves the issue!

Have you downloaded the Xbox insider hub app? I believe that update is still in beta. So to download it, you will need to go to the xbox store and down load the Xbox Insider Hub.
