Need help with xbox360 issue

Can someone help me with an issue? We are new to xbox 360 and during games like most wanted and minecraft the disc tray will open in the middle of a game. It will even do it randomly during the day and night while no one is even playing it or bear it. Can
anyone help me? Why would this be Happening?! Thanks in advance

my issue is that when i tried to connect my xbox360 to xbox live, shows that my email and gametag is being used, the issue is that i made a new account in this webpage live.xbox.com, so this interfere with my xbox360 account, so i need help and to know if
i can eliminate this account so i can used and create a new one from my xbox360, i need help, and the FAQ in your page, wont help me at all.

Hello HY PHI DRO,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your last Credit event happened on the 11th, you should see your deposit in this month's end of month deposit cycle that is coming up soon.

In all seriousness, thats an actual system problem that it has. Your disc tray overall might be going bad. Nothing you can really do about it except to either get a new one or continue this ones life until no more.

There has been a lot of issues with Skyrim since it's release as you find one glitch with the game someone else will find another, you could bring up the gamerscore issue on the Bethesda/Skyrim forums.

2 things I would do to try for the game is firstly delete your Cache and secondly try installing the game to the hard drive, as these games have so much data it maybe causing your xbox to struggle with the game. I am just thinking that maybe the problem
with the Gamerscore is because you are offline it may need to be online to confirm the achievments you have not sure on that bit though.

Hey Jono! Got a few answers for ya and a few things you can do.

First, for the issue with GS, Godmonkee is correct. If you haven't been online in quite some time that GS wouldn't update until you took your profile back online.

Regarding the Skyrim freezes, Skyrim has its own cache separate from the Xbox system cache. To clear this cache, hold LB+RB+X as soon as you start the game, until the Bethesda screen comes up. That will clear the Skyrim game cache and can fix many issues
with freezing.

Also, Skyrim seems to have problems with freezes when you have a lot of game saves. At the main menu, delete some of your older saves and see if that helps the issue!

Matt1912: As I do not currnently play online and have not done for a while, my XBOX has not been plugged into the internet. The higher amount is displayed on the dashboard. I shall try updating my profile tomorrow to see if this helps.

Miss Kleo: Again, thank you for your suggestion. I have since deleted all my saved games but the issue still stands. I am about to try clearing the cache. I will post results.

Hi Jono, your online profile is also showing about 72 k score, where are you seeing the higher amount?
