    My mic wont work on my xbox one controller it works on my ipad by sound and stuff but on my controller i cant talk or listen to people in my party and the mic picture next to your controller battery picture on the top right says my mic wont work.

    Need Help with Xbox Live...

    Have you tried changing the e-mail from the account you DON'T want access to?

    Try signing in through your xbox and changing the e-mail from the actual console, if you need help on how to do that here's a link:

    Need Help with Xbox Live...

    I apologize ahead of time if this has already been discussed...

    So my account on my xbox is correct. The gamertag, the gamer score, the games i've played, and the gamer rep. All of it is right. Then when I go onto xbox.com and log in with the SAME account info that I use to log into xbox live with, it gives me a name
    that isnt mine, 0 gamer score, 0 games, and a gamer rep of 3 stars. Why isn't my Live account on my xbox matched with my live account on the website???

    If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

    Ear pods for IPhones, Nokia, Androids are not compatible with the xbox one console. You'll need to purchase a headset dedicated to the xbox one console.

    Hey there GamesLuck27,

    As Squid CA mentioned, Ear pods are not compatible with the Xbox One console, you'll need an adapter to make them work. Here's a page that shows you what the headphones need to be compatible with Xbox One for both voice chat and the ability to hear the audio.
