    Need help with Xbox Support


    I got my Series X on launch day and on launch day it would not power on at all. So I called support and got a warranty set up. Never got a shipping label called a couple of times on Wednesday about it and was assured I had to wait another day two different
    times. Then on Thursaday I called 3 times they claimed to have resent the label to my outlook account. Still nothing so on Friday I called 4 times first 3 I was hung up on and the last call I got someone who claimed they were going to call me today at 10 AM
    which they did not and said he was going to assign him self to my case to get it solved. He cancelled my warranty order and made a new one or that is what he told me and to wait 24 hours for a new label. Now here it is Saturday and I have not got a label I
    called twice today first person did not want to help and gave me number to Microsoft store then they redircted me back to Xbox and placed me on hold but hung up. What do I do I never got a label and need one to start repair. I have been with Microsoft since
    2004 what a shame this happened to me but I am getting nowhere and no help.

    Try contacting support again..... Use the forums... Twitter... or, phone support.

    AFAIK, you have to select your online status to appear ofline.

    Have your brother contact support as well.... GOOD LUCK!!!!

    I am realy dissapointed about the quality of your elite controller.

    The first one has lost the rubber pads after one year. It was out of guarantie. I bought a second one and now after one year and a half the same problem.

    I am realy realy dissapointed to spend so much money (more than 300 Euro for 2 Premium Controller) and to see how i waste my money.

    Is there any chance to receive some spare parts for this controller? Or is there another option to help me?

    So much money for this poor quality!!!!
