Need help with xbox one security!

I did have a passkey to access settings, but that was all. I informed customer support, and they told me all I should do is change my password and delete my credit card information (which I already did), and then wished me luck. They then said they "shouldn't"
be able to sign into my account, but that answer hardly seemed 100% positive.

No, when you try to sign into a gamertag which has a changed password, the console forces you to enter the new password. I know personally, because I changed my password through the account.live site back when there were some security data breach things
going on on some sites, and when I went to log into my console, it asked for a new password.

Did you correctly set up profiles among family members on the console? Read the help for more help:

Otherwise, you will need to access the console with both profiles.
