Need help with Xbox Live Enforcement - my Xbox Live account was suspended for "cheating"

Here is my story, I would really appreciate any help or insight:

I logged in yesterday to see I had received a message directly from Xbox telling me to go to the enforcement website.

I go the enforcement website, login and am told this:

"This account engaged in cheating. This activity may include association with unauthorized account, software, or hardware modifications, intentionally playing with others who have such modifications, attempts to acquire modifications, network manipulation,
abuse of the Xbox Live complaint system, or other attempts to gain an unfair competitive advantage in online multiplayer..."

The suspension/ban runs for 7 days. There is no other information.

I don't have the slightest clue what I could have done that would be construed as "cheating". The only game I've played since mid-October 2016 is NHL 17, and particularly the Hockey Ultimate Team mode.

I don't do anything in-game or out of game that could be considered as any kind of abuse or exploit or glitch. I am absolutely positive of this. I don't use any third-party programs or modify the software or hardware in any way.

I'm not trying to humble brag, but I am one of the top-ranked players in the game. The games get pretty heated and competitive, and in-game rewards are given for winning. I beat a lot of people and don't lose often. I don't trash talk people or anything,
but the only thing I can think of is someone or multiple people have reported me because they are angry that I beat them?

I did not receive any warning or anything.

I called EA support directly today, since the only game I've played since mid-October is NHL 17. I was told that there is no ban or suspension or anything of that sort on their end. They couldn't tell me what my suspension for "cheating" was about - it's
all coming from Xbox Live/Microsoft. So this is not action on EA's end; they can/do ban people directly from their services, but that's not what I'm dealing with.

I've submitted a "Case Review" as I was told by the general Xbox support number to do. No response yet.

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

Suspension

I was just suspended from my Xbox Live account (14 days), and when i go to the website enforcement it says that i was cheating, but i haven't been cheating.

 

Live account banned permanently for no reason, HELP please!

My 10 year old son's account was banned Christmas Eve (was so much fun watching a kid open new games that he couldn't play)! This is the email I received Christmas Eve:
This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to modification of your gamertag or other profile data.

These modifications may include, but are not limited to:
•Altering the appearance of your gamertag or avatar
•Illegitimate gain of achievements or avatar awards
•Application of watermarks or other special identifiers that were not legitimately granted
•Unauthorized manipulation of in-game parameters

Your conduct was brought to the attention of the LIVE Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox LIVE users or in the course of our operation of the service. The LIVE Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding your conduct and determined it violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension.

During your suspension, you will not be able to log into Xbox LIVE. Your Xbox LIVE privileges will not be reinstated.

Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension.


My son does not know how to modify or alter any of these things, so the ban is not legitimate, but the account is suspended. I spent 4 hours on Christmas Day trying to get this straightened out, and was told it was a billing problem so I was transferred to billing which never answered. Today I called support again, and made the customer care person look into the account in depth and she said it had nothing to do with billing, that I was on auto pay with paypal and that it was received. She helped me set up a temporary account and transferred me to billing to change over my payment details from banned account. (Still on hold to India right now after almost an hour).
She was unable to tell me whether points that we have purchased or games, etc would be transferred.

I want to know how to get this straightened out because my son has logged many hours playing his games, gaining points, added purchased points, etc. to his account and now it is all gone. Like I said before, my son is not capable of doing the things the ban states, so I need help in resolving this, because either someone hacked his account, or he was unfairly targeted by gamers in rooms.

If you have filed for a case review then there's nothing else you can do.You just have to wait for the decision.

Your warning is the ToU/CoC you agreed to when you started your account.

If you were reported,those reports would of been thoroughly investigated before any action was taken.
