Need help with xbox cloud gaming set up on Xbox one s

So I recently reset my xbox(I'm leasing it and was going to return it but they gave me an extension) so I set it back up and now i can no longer access cloud gaming. I can access it on my phone just fine, but there doesn't seem to be a way to access it on my xbox now and I don't see anywhere to set it up and there's no cloud symbol on any of the games in gamepass. I've tried googling and haven't found an answer. Is there a way to fix this or maybe something I missed?
